Returns

1. All returns require a Return Authorization. Items without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please use our contact form to obtain a Return Authorization.
2. Stage Riot Music only accepts returns made within the first 7 days from delivery.
3. All returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, showing no signs of wear or use. Include all collateral materials such as cases, cables, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the item. Items not in resalable condition will be refused.
4. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
5. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. In the case of shipping damage, misshipments, warranty issues or other problems, please e-mail us immediately. Standard return policies do not apply in such situations.

The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused:

• strings
• reeds
• software/soundware
• tubes
• earbuds
• earplugs
• recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, and other wind instruments
• harmonicas
• raw-frame speakers
• drumheads
• drumsticks
• turntable cartridges
• fog fluid
• clothing/footwear
• body jewelry
• cassettes, CDs, DVDs, videos
• cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths

Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.

Mouthpieces may only be returned if unopened.

Stage Riot Music Corporation only accepts returns made within the first 7 days from delivery.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, a Return Authorization must be sought within this 7 day period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

All returns must:

1. Include a return authorization number
2. Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument
3. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials
